President Obama believes that the Tea Party movement has a core group comprised of birthers and citizens who think he’s a socialist. He’s attempting to marginalize a movement which may take this country by storm in November and he’s patronizing in his tone (no real surprise here).
I watched IN HARM’S WAY this Memorial Day weekend on TCM. There was Patrick Neal, not to be confused with the female lead Patricia Neal, (maybe they were siblings). An actor perennially typecast as the arrogant, slick & sleazey elitist in the 50′s > 70′s in movies & on TV. He did it so well, though he never won a Nobel, er pardon me, an Oscar, or Golden Globe or Emmy.
